I highly recommend getting a few pairs of pjs post partum that are a dress(for easy diaper access for you PP), and buttons for easy breastfeeding & skin to skin time!!)

If you don’t already have a soft baby carrier (like the Moby or Solly Wrap), I recommend one of those as well. For daily tasks around the house, a soft wrap is perfect! But if you’re like me, leaving the house with your precious baby can feel intimidating. Overnight, you go from just jumping out of the car with a small purse to every time you leave the house, it feels like you’re packing up the whole house! The tush baby is perfect for those quick trips where you want your baby to stay awake for their wake window! Or maybe don’t want to bring the whole stroller out for an errand. I did the Ab rehab portion of the app to correct my separated tissue post my son’s birth, fixed all my pee issues, and regained core control to do extensive workouts with proper function/form. Now I do her strength workouts and love that her coaching helps me use safe form with my ever-changing body. I think it costs as much as eating at Chick-fil-A once a month. WORTH IT!
